Worst hospital in Montreal!! Don't bother going here for any medical emergency. The service is HORRIBLE they treat people like trash and the waiting time is incredibly long! Won't even consider going here again.

At first I thought I finally found a good hospital so I recommended it to my mother who was really sick. But after how they treated her last night, I feel ashamed for them and will not recommend them to anyone. They made her wait a long time, giving priority to all the Italians who came long after (they didn't even seem to have that much of an emergency. They refused to see her after she complained. They didn't even have the decency to tell her they would not see her because she complained. She stayed from 5 pm to 6 AM THE NEXT DAY. I would have never thought hospital workers could be so inhuman. Why so cruel for nothing? What is a hospital supposed to be exactly? Not this, I believe. I regret having told my mom to go there. Especially since she is still suffering and spent my dad's birthday there...

No need for me to write anything about this hospital. All the other reviews sums it up. The glory days of this hospital is over. Time to tear it down and build condos.

My father was admitted to Santa Cabrini in December 2016 because he was no longer eating and was no longer responsive due to a brain tumor. I have to say that the Doctors that treated my father NEVER treated him like a terminally ill cancer patient. They went out of there way to ensure he got A1 care and treatment just like a regular person without a illness. And thanks to those compassionate Doctors and nurses on the 3rd floor, my father came home. Thank you so much, my family is forever grateful. Angela

Rarely seen people as kind and as hardworking. They take the time to ibform you of your rights, are super empathic and nice. They made sure i was fine and that i would get trouble at work. Wonderful team.
